We ship Monday-Friday. (Mon-Fri
9-5). Orders received Saturday may be shipped the same day or will be shipped
the next business day (depending on stock availability and destination). We do
not ship on Sundays or on holidays. Do to shipping costs &custom
restrictions in some countries, we only ship to selected locations. If you
would like us to ship to your location, please email info@incolor-inc.com for more
information. Delivery Time Our delivery time varies depending on the item you
ordered. We carefully inspect each item before we ship them out. These are
based on estimates only.
Depending on your location, we may
be able to send them sooner if the product is in stock. We will only bill your
credit card once your order has been shipped out. *Note: Delivery time listed
above includes packaging and quality control.
Return Policy
If you wish to return a merchandise, please
email us at once. You have 5 working days of receipt to advise of any defect in
or damaged from shipping, to return the merchandise for replacement. Only
defective item/s are allowed for replacement and may only be replace with the
same item/s. For other selected items, you have 30 days from date of shipment.
(ship date listed on your packing list) to make your return. Once your request
has been approved we will issue you a RMA (return merchandise authorization
number) which you should include when making returns. RETURNS without an RMA
number will not be accepted. Shipping costs, taxes and duties are your
responsibility. Please use a courier with a tracking number system,
incolor-inc.com will not be responsible if your returns are lost in the mail.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. incolor-inc.com may at its
discretion charge a restocking fee. If you are unsure about ordering a certain
product, please follow the rule "when in doubt, don't" call or e-mail us were more then happy to help. Custom Products can not be returned, please check Art & Copy very carefully.
