Policies, Terms and Conditions:

Shipping is from Monday-Friday. (Mon-Fri 9-5). Orders received Saturday may be shipped the same day or will be shipped the next business day (depending on stock availability and where it will be shipped). We do not ship on Sundays or on holidays. We currently ship to selected locations at this time due to shipping costs and custom restrictions in some countries. Our delivery time varies depending on the item you ordered. We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped. These are based on estimates only. Depending on your location, we may be able to send them sooner if the product is in stock. We will only bill your credit card once your order has been shipped out. *Note: Delivery time listed above includes packaging and quality control. Delivery time usually takes 2-3 business days.

If you wish to return merchandise, please email us at once. You have 5 working days of receipt to advise of any defect in or damage from shipping, to return the merchandise for replacement. Only defective item/s are allowed for replacement and may only be replace with the same item/s. For other selected items, you have 30 days from the time we ship out the goods (ship date listed on your packing list) to make your return. Once your request has been approved we will issue you a RMA (return merchandise authorization number) which you should include when making returns. RETURNS without an RMA number will not be accepted. Shipping costs, taxes and duties are your responsibility. Please use a courier with a tracking number system, incolor-inc.com will not be responsible if your returns are lost in the mail. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. incolor-inc.com may at its discretion charge a restocking fee. If you are unsure about ordering a certain product, please follow the rule "when in doubt, don't". We are open 24 hours a day so you can always return to our site to make an order. We would like to keep our overhead low so that we can pass on our savings to you. incolor-inc.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the incolor-inc.com site except as expressly stated herein, incolor-inc.com expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied of any kind to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
